I’m so glad you’ve taken the first step to reach out for support. Through my own lived experience with complex trauma and healing, I bring deep empathy and understanding, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is arising and begin your path toward growth and healing.
Alongside counselling, I offer clinical hypnosis (hypnotherapy)—a safe, evidence-based way of working with the subconscious mind, where many habits, beliefs, and stored experiences live. While talk therapy supports reflection, skill-building, and insight, hypnosis sessions can help create deeper, lasting change by gently shifting the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
